Track 1
Machine Learning and Big Data techniques find their natural application in Fundamental Physics. In that field most of the experiments produce an enormous quantity of complex data that requires skills on the edge of modern Data Science.
Our students will be capable of facing the challenges posed both the processing/managing and the interpretation of the data.
This will open up for them possibilities of careers in the most prestigious research centers and labs (like CERN), thanks also to the strong connections hold by Physics of Data professors within the international community
